Reverie Dance Academy Dress Code

• Ballet (including Little Dancers):*Leotard (any style, any color) with pink or black tights and pink canvas ballet shoes. Ballet skirts are optional. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun. *Please no gymnastics leotards. Boys: Fitted shirt or tank top (any color) with fitted pants or shorts and black canvas ballet shoes.
  Boys: white fitted t-shirt, black jazz pants, black ballet shoes.
• Contemporary/Lyrical: *Leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs/boy shorts/dance leggings with tan slip-on jazz shoes. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun or ponytail. If wearing tights, must be convertible. *Please no gymnastics leotards, t-shirts or flowy tank tops. Boys: Fitted shirt or tank top (any color) with fitted pants/shorts and black jazz shoes.
• Jazz: *Leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs/boy shorts/dance leggings with tan slip-on jazz shoes. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun or ponytail. • Hip-Hop: T-shirt or tank top (any color) with dance leggings/work out pants/shorts with clean gym shoes/sneakers. Hair should be worn off the face.

• Tap: *Leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs/boy shorts/dance leggings. Childrens’ Tap Shoes: Capezio tan Mary-Jane style shoes. Intermediate-Advanced Tap Shoes: Bloch tan lace-up shoes. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun or ponytail. If wearing tights, must be convertible. *Please no gymnastics leotards, t-shirts or flowy tank tops. Boys: Fitted shirt or tank top (any color) with fitted pants/shorts and black tap shoes.
• Musical Theatre Jazz: *Leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs/boy shorts/dance leggings with tan slip-on jazz shoes. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun or ponytail. • Jumps & Turns: *Leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs/boy shorts/dance leggings with pink canvas ballet shoes or tan slip-on jazz shoes.
