Attire
RDC Audition Attire
Dancers should arrive in a *leotard (any style, any color) or a fitted dance top with briefs, boy shorts or dance leggings with pink canvas ballet shoes and tan slip-on jazz shoes. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun. If wearing tights, must be convertible. Boys: Fitted shirt or tank top (any color), fitted pants or shorts with black canvas ballet shoes and black jazz shoes. Dancers will be judged on audition appearance. *Please no gymnastics leotards, t-shirts or flowy tank tops.
What to Bring to the RDC Audition
On Tuesday, August 12th, all dancers must submit a signed RDC Commitment Packet (CCP), which will be available at the studio by August 1st. Students without a signed CCP will not be permitted to audition.
Nutcracker Audition Attire
Dancers should arrive in a *leotard (any style, any color) with pink or black tights and pink canvas ballet shoes. Ballet skirts are optional. Hair should be worn in a clean ballet bun. Boys: Fitted shirt or tank top (any color), fitted pants or shorts with black canvas ballet shoes. Dancers will be judged on audition appearance. *Please no gymnastics leotards.
Audition Results
Dancers will be contacted either by phone or email by August 26th with their audition results for both RDC and Nutcracker casting.
